Toll control allows or denies you access to specified routes, CO exchanges, and directory numbers.
The members of COR groups appearing against a route are denied access to that route. An outgoing trunk call is allowed to proceed when the user's COR is not contained in a COR group programmed against the route.
In some circumstances, you may be allowed to use toll-restricted numbers to access certain destinations (such as branch offices). In these cases, you will not be able to dial the number; however, you will be able to use a specified System Speed Call.
In the System Speed Calls form, Override Toll Control is disabled by default.
